O'Malley Industries, LLC was founded in Franklin, Tennessee by Susan and Justin Roberts — partners in business and in life — with a shared commitment to delivering accountable, documentation-driven property services to federal agencies, financial institutions, and institutional property owners.
With a background rooted in real estate and a deep understanding of Middle Tennessee's property landscape, we built O'Malley Industries to fill a genuine need: a woman-owned, owner-operated firm that takes property preservation and building services seriously — treating every work order as a reflection of our reputation.
We are actively pursuing Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) certification and our SAM.gov registration is active (UEI: GD4AP1SZPP54) to serve federal procurement channels including HUD, VA, USDA, and GSE clients. Every project is managed with direct owner involvement, meticulous photo documentation, and clear communication.
